Family Constellation Therapy was developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the latter half of the 20th century. The work rests on a simple but profound recognition: families function as living systems. Each member belongs to that system, and the system itself carries memory — of joys, losses, exclusions, traumas, and unfinished business — that can pass silently across generations.
Many of the difficulties we carry as adults — in relationships, in self-worth, in love, in our sense of belonging — don’t originate solely with us. They live within a wider system, often shaped by what was unspoken, unmourned, or unfinished in the lives of those who came before us.
A Family Constellation session brings these dynamics into view. Not to assign blame or fix the family — but to acknowledge what’s been carried and allow each person to take their rightful place. What follows is often a deep, quiet sense of relief. Of belonging. Of inner movement that’s difficult to put into words but unmistakable when it happens.
Family Constellations is not just about resolving the past — it’s about creating space for balance, understanding, and renewed connection in the present. By honoring the stories and experiences of previous generations, we open pathways for greater harmony, resilience, and self-awareness today.
Here, every session is an invitation to step into deeper alignment with yourself and your family story, fostering healing that can ripple across generations.
I’m an IPHM-accredited Integrative Therapist, Family Constellation Facilitator, and Nervous System Specialist. My work is somatic, relational, and trauma-informed — drawing on inner child work, the Hellinger method of Family Constellations, and a slow, body-led approach to lasting change.
My approach to constellation work is slow, careful, and respectful of what each system is ready to bring forward. I treat what surfaces in a session as intelligent — as something the system has been holding with reason, often for generations. The work isn’t about overriding what’s there. It’s about witnessing it, giving it its rightful place, and allowing the natural movement that follows. Sessions held online worldwide. In-person in Ireland by arrangement.

Working with the patterns and loyalties carried across generations. For those exploring family dynamics, ancestral material, estrangement, or the wider story they come from.

Reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself that may still be carrying emotion from earlier in life. A gentle, integrative process for meeting what was held, with care.
